If you are being admitted in the hospital, the concerned team doctor will fill the admission form and explain the tentative cost of treatment. He will also inform you about the plan of treatment and the projected stay in the hospital.

The OPD personnel will assist you in the admission process with the help of the  admitting office. Future to this, the patient will be taken to the concerned wards and handed over to the staff by the helpers stationed at the Reception.
