The Department performs surgery for

:: Cost ::
All surgeries are charged at a nominal package which is all
inclusive. The charges are Rs 1.50 lacs (US$ 3220) for CABG. This
includes a 10 day stay in an AC large private room with attached
bathroom and balcony for the patient and one attendant. The food for the
patient, clothes, all operation charges, anesthesia charges, medicines
etc are included in this. The same charges apply for any other open
heart surgery e.g. repair of a hole in the heart or blue baby etc. For a
valve replacement case the charges of the valve are extra.
