The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics consists of two specialties Conservative dentistry & Endodontics. Conservative Dentistry deals with the treatment and rehabilitation of diseased, defective or destructured tooth. It also includes Cosmetic / Aesthetic corrections of teeth. Endodontics deals with root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, and related treatments.
The department includes an experienced team of 5 senior and 6 junior, highly qualified and dedicated faculties. The Department receives and operates a maximum number of patients related to conserving the teeth, like filling and root canal treatment. Specialized procedures in conservative dentistry like bleaching, cosmetic teeth corrections, smile designing, veneering and in the endodontic specialty, enhanced treatment options like single visit root canal treatment and other enhanced surgical corrections are also carried out in the department.
It is one of the most demanding specialties for the sheer fact that the general population approaches dentist only when he or she has unbearable pain. This becomes a challenge as the bulk of patients coming to the department are already in pain expecting high-quality service which we have been successfully providing for over two decades. Excellent services rendered with highest ethical order have given us a place in the heart of patients both from far and near.
