Indoor services are provided on credit and cash basis to empanelled clients of CMC. If you are a patient of an organization which is in an understanding with CMC for availing our services, the same will be provided to you.

1. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)
2. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS): Patients of ECHS are treated on credit basis at CGHS rate
3. National Fertilizers Ltd. (NFL): NFL patient are treated on cash – basis at a discount of 15% on the total bill value except on medicines, implant and VAT.
4. National Hydro-Electric Power Corporation (NHPC): NHPC patient are treated on credit-basis at a Discount of 10% on the value of the bill except the cost of medicines, blood and blood products, implants ,bills of third party, VAT (Statutory liability in any form)
5. Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCI) – For Executive Health Check-up
6. Rail Coach Factory (RCF):15% discount on the total bill value except on the Cost of medicines and implants, Cost of test done outside, VAT. Agreement closed on 31.10.09
7. Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL)

1. Nestle India Limited: Executive Health Check –up ( Nestle patient are treated on credit-basis at a discount of 15% on the value of the bill except the cost of medicines, blood and blood products, implants ,bills of third party, VAT (Statutory liability in any form)
2. Vardhman Industries Limited: Executive Health Check-up only
3. Eastman Industries: Eastman patient are treated on credit-basis at a discount of 15% on the value of the bill except the cost of medicines, blood and blood products, implants ,bills of third party, VAT( Statutory liability in any form)

Essentials of Availing Services

1. In order to avail the treatment the concerned employees has to bring an authorization / referral letter from the empanelled organization.
2. The authorization / referral letter has to be submitted in the corporate office on the 3rd floor of the OPD building
3. In case of emergency the patient has to bring his / her smart card to the hospital
4. Retain drug slips or any other cash payments for raising reimbursement claims.
