Our Neurorehabilitation services are a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach aimed at enhancing recovery, independence, and quality of life for individuals with neurological conditions. Our services integrate the expertise of Neuro Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) to provide comprehensive, targeted care for conditions such as stroke, neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders and other neurological conditions. The Neuro Physiotherapy Unit (NPT unit) at Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, is a unit dedicated to the specialized rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders. Our work combines clinical excellence, education, evidence-based holistic care to individuals recovering from neurological disorders.

our team

Our Neuro Physiotherapy team consists of trained physiotherapists with specialized expertise in neurorehabilitation, working closely with the Department of Neurology. Together, we are committed to promoting recovery, maximizing independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. The NPT unit is lead by Prof Dorcas BC Gandhi (Vice Principal, College of Physiotherapy) with senior clinical physiotherapists: Dr. Rinita Mascarenhas (PT), Dr. Anuj Nair (PT) and a Junior clinical physiotherapist, Dr. Noor David (PT). The Neuromuscular physiotherapy team includes Dr. Megha C Khanna(PT) and Dr. Anmol Bhatia (PT)
