Tender Notice for Laundry Services

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and experienced agencies for providing laundry services at Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, a multispecialty hospital. The scope of work includes daily collection, washing, disinfecting, drying, ironing, and delivery of hospital linens, uniforms, and other washable items in a hygienic, timely, and professional manner. Agencies must ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital standards.

Interested agencies must have prior experience in handling hospital laundry services and possess all necessary statutory registrations. Proof of similar work undertaken in government or large private hospitals must be enclosed.

The application form can be obtained from the Director’s office on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of INR 5000/- at the hospital’s cash counter. All bids must include financial proposals, compliance documents, and be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Laundry Services” on or before 25th September, 2026 during working hours.

Incomplete bids or those received after the deadline will not be considered. The hospital management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
